The table lists every agent that has its own page on this site, open ones first and each group ordered by monthly searches in Germany. The observation column is what the homepage itself showed when we opened it; it says nothing about speed or quality. For LitBuy's own figures, start at the LitBuy spreadsheet homepage.

LitBuy itself was open on the same day, with 22,200 monthly searches in Germany and 12,100 in France. Its next change is the €2 EU processing fee on parcels submitted after 25 October 2026, explained in the LitBuy customs guide.

Twenty-three of 31 agents were Open; the newest closures cluster in August 2026 and all leave the underlying marketplace items intact.

How to pick a second agent next to LitBuy

A second agent is useful when a LitBuy row fails, when a line you need is missing, or when you want to compare the landed price of a heavy parcel. The useful comparison is not the headline fee, which most of these agents advertise as zero, but four practical points:

• The line to your door. LitBuy's cheapest tax-free line to Germany was €24.12 for 1 kg on 19 October 2026. Run the other agent's estimator for the same weight and postcode before switching.
• The storage clock. LitBuy gives 90 days free, then charges up to day 120. KakoBuy states 100 days and LoveGoBuy 60 days on their own sites, as read on 5 to 6 October 2026.
• Payment. LitBuy's footer shows PayPal, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and BLIK. Some agents list far fewer methods.
• The EU charge. LitBuy, KakoBuy and OOTDBuy all advertise a flat €3 per EU parcel, although OOTDBuy's own fee page also lists an 8–15% platform fee; other agents may pass on the EU's €3 per item category.

Choose a second agent by its line price to your door and its storage clock, not by its fee headline.

If your sheet points at a closed agent

Links from CNFans, AllChinaBuy, WeGoBuy, PandaBuy or the old HubbuyCN domain no longer open a working product page, but the item number inside them usually still exists on the marketplace. Paste the dead link into the LitBuy link converter: if it can read the item number, it returns a LitBuy link and the original listing. If the item is gone, LitBuy shows an empty page marked 商品已下架, and no agent can bring it back.

1. Stop paying the closed agent. Don't send money to an agent showing a maintenance or hacking notice.
2. Extract the item number. Use the converter or copy the number from the link by hand.
3. Reopen it at an open agent. Check price and stock again; sellers change both.
4. Re-price the parcel. Use the shipping calculator for your destination.

A closed agent kills the wrapper, rarely the product; rebuild the link before you give up on a row.

What the search numbers say about where buyers are

Search demand shows which communities use which agent. Oopbuy and HipoBuy are strongest in Germany, LoveGoBuy and BBDBuy in France, KakoBuy in Poland, CSSBuy and HooBuy in Brazil. LitBuy's own pattern, 22,200 searches in Germany against 8,100 in the United States in Semrush's 19 October 2026 overview, is why this site writes for German buyers first. Follow the demand only as far as it shows which sheets you will meet; judge the agent on its own terms.

Questions about moving rows between agents

What do Open, Hold, Moved and Closed mean here?

They describe what we saw on 19 October 2026, not a recommendation. Open means the homepage loaded normally and we found no credible closure report. Hold means conflicting or worrying signals, such as ACBuy's cyberattack statement or MuleBuy's server errors. Moved means the brand now trades under another name or domain. Closed means a maintenance notice or no response at all. Pay per order with Hold agents and nothing else.

Which agent do German buyers search for most?

Oopbuy, by a wide margin. Semrush data from September 2026 put it at about 74,000 monthly searches in Germany, against 22,200 for LitBuy and 14,800 for KakoBuy. CNFans still drew 40,500 German searches although it is now Closed (rep.tools, which earns affiliate commission, reported an owner-confirmed shutdown in August 2026), which suggests old spreadsheet links still point at it. Search demand is not quality, so compare fees and lines too.

Can I buy a LitBuy spreadsheet row through another agent?

Yes. The product behind the row is a listing on Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or JD, and LitBuy's link only wraps its item number. Take that number, rebuild the link in the other agent's format or paste the original listing into its search box, and the same item opens there. Our link converter rebuilds LitBuy and KakoBuy links from the original listing.

Why are some agents marked Hold instead of Closed?

Because the evidence is mixed. ACBuy's homepage still loaded on 19 October 2026 and advertised free QC photos and storage, yet it showed a statement about cyberattacks and a UPS line awaiting notification, and rep.tools, which earns affiliate commission, reported it shut in August. MuleBuy returned an upstream error on 6, 12 and 19 October. Neither is confirmed closed, so we flag the risk instead.

How often is this status table checked?

We do not promise a schedule. Every label carries the date we opened the homepages, currently 19 October 2026, and changes when we check again. Agents in this market close or rename quickly: HubbuyCN's own notice ended its services on 1 October 2026, and rep.tools, which earns affiliate commission, reported CNFans and AllChinaBuy shut in August. Before sending money to any agent, open its homepage yourself the same day.
