Why LoongBuy's China Post notice matters for a German parcel, and how it compares with LitBuy

The 29 June notice: China Post services to the EU paused

LoongBuy's news list carried a notice titled "China Post Services to EU-27 Countries Temporarily Suspended", dated 29 June 2026. The status run on 19 October 2026 still found it listed. We did not open the notice itself, and a repeat load of the homepage did not show the news list again, so we cannot say whether the suspension has ended or which lines replaced it.

For a buyer in Germany, that makes three questions worth putting to LoongBuy's support before any payment:

• Which carriers carry parcels to Germany today, and are they labelled as covering import VAT and duty?
• What is the all-in price and delivery estimate for 1 kg to your postcode?
• Does the quote include any EU customs charge, and how does it treat the €2 handling fee the EU introduces from November 2026?

The tax label matters as much as the carrier. On LitBuy, a line marked tax free means LitBuy pays duty and VAT, while other lines leave them to the recipient, so ask LoongBuy to say which kind each line is. LitBuy's position is documented: nine German lines on 19 October 2026, most labelled tax free, and a €2 fee on parcels handed in after 14:00 Beijing time on 25 October 2026. A paused carrier is a reason to get written line and price answers before paying.

Nine reviews is a handful. A 3.2 average from that few says the picture is mixed and unproven, not that the agent is poor. The sensible reading is the one the notice gives: a small agent whose EU service has been disrupted.

Our notes hold a link format for LoongBuy, although we have not tested it. LoongBuy's pattern is loongbuy.com/product-details?url=<encoded marketplace link>.

1. Take the LitBuy link https://www.litbuy.com/product/<code>/<id>. The number picks the marketplace: Taobao is 1, Weidian is 2, 1688 is 0 and JD is 3. Copy the ID.
2. Rebuild the original, such as https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=<id>.
3. URL-encode it. The Taobao prefix becomes https%3A%2F%2Fitem.taobao.com%2Fitem.htm%3Fid%3D followed by the ID.
4. Place that after url= in LoongBuy's pattern, or simply paste the original link into its search box.

On 19 October 2026 LitBuy's calculator showed €24.12 ($27.10) at list price for a 1 kg German parcel on line LIT-Economy-DHL-DE: tax free, 10 to 15 working days, €3 EU charge inside. A parcel handed in after 14:00 Beijing time on 25 October 2026 costs €2 more. With the new-user promotion the figure was €18.29, but list price is the safe planning number.

Semrush data for September 2026 puts LoongBuy at 1,400 monthly searches worldwide. The US leads at 320; Spain, France and Italy follow at 210 each, then the UK at 170 and Germany at 90. "loongbuy spreadsheet" shows about 20 US searches a month.

LoongBuy is a very small name in Germany, so expect almost no local feedback.

Who should wait for LoongBuy's EU answer

• Wait if your parcel is for Germany and you need a stated delivery window.
• Try it only for a cheap row, paying per order, after support confirms a German line in writing.

We saw no LoongBuy payment page, so we cannot list its methods for a German address. Pay per order, leave nothing on account, and screenshot each fee line. We cannot confirm it. What does the China Post suspension change for my parcel?

How do I put a LitBuy sheet row into LoongBuy?

Use the marketplace link as the bridge. Earlier research notes list loongbuy.com/product-details?url= followed by the URL-encoded Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address, though we have not tested it ourselves. If it fails, paste the original link into LoongBuy's search box. Take the item ID from LitBuy's link first, since its format is litbuy.com/product/<code>/<id>.

Is LoongBuy's no-fee claim confirmed on its own pages?

It advertises none: a third-party source says LoongBuy charges no agent service fee, which we have not confirmed because we did not read its fees page. LitBuy's help centre promises free agent service, with charges limited to goods, international shipping and customs, and shows an operation fee of about ¥10 to ¥13 per parcel in its quotes.

Is LoongBuy's nine-review Trustpilot page enough to judge it?

No. Trustpilot showed 3.2 stars from 9 reviews when we read it on 6 October 2026, which is too few for a dependable average; a couple of bad orders would swing it. Read the individual complaints for shipping problems, and remember that LoongBuy's EU suspension notice is more informative than the star score.

Is LoongBuy searched much in Germany?
