Tracksuits, sets and tees from a LitBuy sheet: how a clothes haul adds up in kilos and euros

Checked and updated .

Short answer: Clothes rows on a LitBuy sheet are light one by one and expensive to ship when sent alone, so combine them. In our worked example, four pieces priced at about €63.12 cost €103.87 delivered to Germany in one box against €115.36 in two parcels, a saving of €11.49 on LitBuy's 19 October 2026 estimator quotes. The weights are assumptions, so confirm yours with a ¥20 rehearsal parcel.

Clothing rows to add up before you add them

These product photos come from repbuysheet.com, which has 10,000+ products to choose from. Each card adds LitBuy's 19 October 1 kg list price for its cheapest tax-free line to Germany (€24.12) to the item price, so you see a rough landed figure before you open the link. A new selection appears every month.

How a clothes haul adds up in kilos

Single garments are light, which is why sheet rows look cheap. A haul is different: the freight is billed on the whole parcel, in steps, and LitBuy's quotes jump from €16.81 at 500 g to €24.12 at 1,000 g and €38.75 at 2,000 g to Germany on its cheapest tax-free line, LIT-Economy-DHL-DE (19 October 2026 list prices, before the new-user promotion). Where your haul lands on those steps matters more than the price of any one tee. The LitBuy spreadsheet overview explains how a row becomes a landed price.

We have no measured clothing weights. LitBuy records each item's weight on arrival but does not publish it, so the figures below are round numbers, labelled as assumed. Use it to plan, then swap in the estimated weight from your parcel page or a rehearsal parcel.

Assumed garment weights for planning (not measured data)
Row typeAssumed weightWhy it varies
Tracksuit set (top and trousers)0.9 kgFleece lining adds a lot
T-shirt0.25 kgFabric gram weight
Shorts0.2 kgMesh versus cotton
Polo or casual shirt0.3 kgKnit versus woven
Knit jumper0.5 kgThickness

Weight is only half the story. Fleece and knitwear are bulky, so their packed volume can be the bigger number: length × width × height ÷ 8,000 on most tax-free lines. Our jackets page shows how volume overtakes weight.

Add the assumed kilos of every row before you judge any single price.

Tracksuits and sets: one row, two garments

A set row sells a top and trousers together, so check that the price covers both and that the size label applies to each. LitBuy's inspection verifies quantity, colour and size against your order, and for clothing it looks at visible damage and major problems. It does not cover fit or slight colour differences, and it cannot guarantee small flaws such as loose threads. If the set is a gift or a deadline item, order one early and see the photos before adding more rows.

Two-piece sets can arrive as separate items when sellers ship them in separate parcels. A set that arrives in two domestic parcels can sit incomplete in storage for days. Free storage is 90 days per item from the day it is stocked, so the clock of the first half is already running while you wait for the second. After day 90, LitBuy charges 0.2% of the item price paid per day, minimum ¥1 per item per day, so a ¥299 item pays the ¥1 minimum, about €0.12 a day, until you ship it.

Check that a set is complete and stocked before you start counting its storage days.

Tees, shorts and casual or "old money" styles

Style labels such as casual or "old money" usually cover knitwear, polos, chinos and plain tees. These are community categories, not LitBuy ones, and we name no brands. Treat them as a mix of light basics, where the tee and shorts rows barely move the scale, and heavier pieces such as knit jumpers and structured shirts, which do. A row full of bargains is not a good deal if each piece needs its own parcel.

When a sheet row is a plain basic, the main risk is size, not quality. Ask for one or two custom photos at ¥1 each (about €0.12) showing the garment laid flat beside a tape measure, then compare the width and length with a garment you already own. Our QC photo page lists what routine photos include and what to request.

Basics are cheap to buy and cheap to carry, as long as they ride in one box.

Worked example: four pieces in one box or two parcels

Assume four hypothetical rows: a tracksuit set at ¥299 (0.9 kg), two tees at ¥79 each (0.25 kg each) and shorts at ¥69 (0.2 kg). Conversion is ¥1 ≈ €0.12. Combined they weigh 1.6 kg, and we assume the packed box measures 35 × 28 × 16 cm, which is 15,680 cm³ or 1.96 kg volumetric at 8,000, so the 2,000 g quote applies. The €2 handling fee is added after LitBuy's 25 October 2026 cut-off of 14:00 Beijing time, and the €3 flat prepayment is already in the quote.

One box against two parcels, delivered to Germany

Four pieces, ¥526 at ¥1 ≈ €0.12€63.12

One box, 2,000 g quote on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE€38.75 ($43.53)

EU handling fee, once€2.00

Total, one parcel€103.87

Two parcels, 2 × 1,000 g quote (€24.12 each)€48.24

EU handling fee, twice€4.00

Total, two parcels€115.36

The sums are €63.12 + €38.75 + €2.00 = €103.87 and €63.12 + €48.24 + €4.00 = €115.36, so one box saves €11.49. We split the two-parcel case as the set at 0.9 kg and the rest at 0.7 kg, both inside the 1,000 g quote. LitBuy's own help example, with illustrative prices, shows the same direction: three items sent separately at 1,071 yuan against 645 yuan combined.

Other markets show the same step pattern. At 2,000 g the cheapest tax-free line was €38.38 to France (LIT-Quickly-GOFO-FR), $65.92 to the US (FF-GOFO-US-2) and £28.44 to the UK (FF-Royalmail-GB-1). Use the shipping calculator for your weight and country.

Boxing the same four pieces together saves €11.49 on these quotes.

What to keep from a sheet's clothes tab

Clothes tabs on community sheets usually give a title, a price in yuan, a link and sometimes a size chart. Keep four things: the marketplace item ID, the price, the size chart and the date you last opened the link. Drop the rest. Then add the columns the sheet leaves out, which are the assumed weight, the packed volume and your own euro price. Our template page shows the layout, and the item ID lets you rebuild a row on LitBuy if the sheet's link has rotted.

Check the platform too. Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and JD links work straight in LitBuy's search. Items from Yupoo or Xianyu go through Fill & Buy, where LitBuy says extra service fees may apply and no-reason returns are not accepted, which is a poor combination for clothes that might not fit.

Keep the ID, price, size chart and date, and add weight yourself.

Size labels, tags and returns on clothing

Return rules punish trying things on. LitBuy accepts a request within 5 days (120 hours) after the order is stored, only if the seller offers returns and the item is resalable. Items with tags removed, second-hand items, underwear and socks cannot be returned. Sending an item back unconditionally means paying carriage to the seller, the original carriage from the seller and a ¥5 fee, about €0.60 at ¥1 ≈ €0.12. For seller errors, quality problems and domestic transit damage the buyer normally does not pay. Full details are on our returns page.

In practice this means you decide on the photos, not on the body. Compare the flat measurements with a garment that fits, and do that on the day the photos appear.

Decide on photos and measurements within five days, and leave the tags on.

Combining rows and the commercial-parcel warning

Combining is the point of a haul, and LitBuy names a boundary: heavy parcels and parcels with many identical items risk being classed as commercial. That is a classification risk, and the answer is to declare the true value and keep your order proof. LitBuy's forwarding page asks users to declare value truthfully. A normal clothes haul is nowhere near 10 kg.

Plan one parcel per shipping moment, not per row. Keep items in storage until the set is complete, then check the weight with a ¥20 rehearsal parcel if the box could cross a quote step. Our haul planner CSV adds up the assumed kilos for you. Pay per order: settle each order and each parcel at the moment you place it. If registering is a hurdle, our WhatsApp QR on the contact page offers a delivered price plus dispatch photos, paid per order.

One tidy box per haul beats a parcel per tee.

Questions buyers ask

How much does a tracksuit weigh when LitBuy ships it?

LitBuy does not publish item weights, and neither do the sheets, so we have no measured figure. For planning we assume 0.9 kg for a two-piece set, a guess to replace with real data. LitBuy records each item's weight when it enters the warehouse, and the parcel page shows an estimated weight from those records before you pay.

Is it cheaper to ship tees and shorts with a tracksuit in one parcel?

Yes in our example. Using LitBuy's 19 October 2026 quotes to Germany, one box at the 2,000 g quote of €38.75 plus the €2 fee cost €40.75, against €52.24 for two parcels at the 1,000 g quote. That saves €11.49 before item prices. The saving depends on the combined box staying inside one weight step.

Can I return clothes that do not fit?

Within 5 days (120 hours) of the item being stored, if the seller offers returns and the tags are still on. LitBuy says tags removed, underwear and socks are not returnable. An unconditional return costs freight to the seller, freight back and a ¥5 fee, about €0.60. Try nothing on until you have decided to keep it.

Does LitBuy check clothing size?

It checks the size label against what you ordered, according to LitBuy's inspection page, but size error and fit are outside the inspection. If the sheet's size chart matters, ask for a ¥1 custom photo of the garment laid flat with a tape measure. That is about €0.12 and gives you a number to compare with your own.

What are old money style rows on a LitBuy sheet?

The phrase is a community style label that usually points to smart-casual pieces such as knitwear, polo shirts, chinos and shirts. LitBuy has no such category and publishes no list. Treat them like any clothing row: check the size chart, count the weight, and note that LitBuy's inspection covers label, colour and visible damage only.

Will many identical tees be treated as a commercial parcel?

LitBuy's help says parcels above 10 kg, and parcels holding many identical items, run a higher risk of commercial treatment. That is a classification risk, not a tip. A normal personal haul sits far below 10 kg. Declare the true value, keep order screenshots and ask support if a line refuses your parcel.
