The server in numbers, read 19 October 2026
LitBuy's official Discord invite is discord.gg/litbuyofficial. It is the link behind the "Join Discord" banner on LitBuy's homepage and shipping estimator, and Discord's public invite lookup returned a server called LITBUY with about 207,500 members and about 7,400 of them online. That is roughly 3.6% of members active at the moment we looked, which is a normal ratio for a large public server and says nothing about quality. We did not join or read the channels, so we describe the server only from its public numbers.

The two Discord entries show why a copied link is not enough. LitBuy's footer still pointed at an invite that had expired by 19 October 2026, while the banner on the same site used a different, working one. Invites can be revoked or replaced, so use the one on litbuy.com on the day you want to join. The Reddit and sheets page covers where spreadsheets circulate.

How to tell the official LitBuy server from a look-alike
Large agent communities attract copies, because a server with the right name and a pinned "coupon" post looks convincing. Three checks cost a minute. First, start from litbuy.com and click the Discord banner; do not trust a link in a video comment or a chat reply. Second, compare the numbers: the real server was in the six-figure range for members on 19 October 2026, so a "LitBuy" server with a few hundred members is a different community. Third, see who pins the rules: official announcements should match what is on LitBuy's website announcements page.
LitBuy's own interface also shows that Discord is wired into its business. Messages on sold-out group-buy items say to join its Discord for other deals, and a creator programme lets people add a bot to their own Discord channel to earn commission when members buy through the bot's links. So a "LitBuy" channel can legitimately exist outside the official server, but it is then somebody's affiliate channel, not LitBuy support. The invitation-code page explains how that commission works.
If you do join, the sequence is short: open litbuy.com, click the Discord banner, accept the invite in Discord, read the rules channel, then look for pinned event or coupon posts. Check your LitBuy account's coupon page afterwards rather than relying on a chat message, because the coupon is bound to your account and shown there. The 25% coupon for joining: rules, not codes
On 19 October 2026 LitBuy's banner read "Join Discord & Get 25% OFF Shipping Coupon", next to the "Sign Up & Get 40% OFF Shipping Coupon" banner for new accounts. We print no code, official or otherwise, and LitBuy does not publish the claim steps on the pages we read, so we cannot tell you whether it is a bot command, a form or a ticket.
What the help centre does say applies to any coupon you collect:
- A coupon is bound to your account; it cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and it expires. LitBuy sends a reminder two days before expiry.
- One shipping coupon per parcel, selected on the parcel submission page.
- Shipping discounts and coupons cannot be combined, and some routes do not accept shipping coupons.
- Coupons are not accepted on the rehearsal parcel fee, but one can be used on the final shipping payment.
The percentage also does not cut the whole bill. Our reading of the estimator is that the 40% banner discounts only part of a quote, not the whole total (see the coupon page); LitBuy does not say how the 25% coupon is applied, so we will not guess a euro saving. LitBuy's public coupon list also showed threshold coupons such as spend ¥499 and get ¥60 off, about €59.88 and €7.20 at ¥1 ≈ €0.12, valid to 31 December 2026, which shows the typical shape of an offer.
Treat 25% as a headline; read the coupon's own conditions in your account.
Staying safe in a 200,000-member server
Public servers are where scam attempts concentrate, so a few rules cost nothing.
- Never post your password, email login code, card details or a screenshot showing them. LitBuy staff do not need them.
- Do not send order numbers and addresses in public channels; ask support through a ticket instead.
- Ignore direct messages offering codes, early access or "verification". Report them to moderators.
- Do not pay anyone outside LitBuy's checkout, including for coupons, and do not "split" an order with a stranger.
- Check that a spreadsheet link goes to a normal page and read what you would paste into a form before you do it.
The same caution applies to the human side. One Trustpilot reviewer in September 2026 reported being timed out on LitBuy's Discord; we could not verify the circumstances, and a single review does not describe how moderation works. With a server this size, rules exist and are enforced, so read the rules channel before you post. Discord, Reddit or the website: where each fits
LitBuy's help centre names three places for coupons: website announcements, its official Reddit and its official Discord events. The footer links the subreddit r/LitBuy_Community, which is where many spreadsheets appear first. The website's announcement page is the only one of the three with dated official notices. LitBuy's five announcements on 19 October 2026 covered the EU customs changes, hurricane delays and the membership launch, which you will not reliably find summarised in a chat.
