A Yupoo album is a photo shelf, not a shop: how to get from picture to LitBuy order

Checked and updated .

Short answer: A Yupoo link cannot be bought directly in LitBuy, because an album has no checkout. Find the Weidian or Taobao shop behind it and use code 2 or 1; if none exists, LitBuy's Fill & Buy form takes the order by hand, with possible extra fees and no returns without a quality problem. Our hypothetical ¥198 jacket cost €49.88 delivered to Germany on the first route. Customs may detain trademark-infringing goods.

Album rows to trace before you pay

These product photos come from repbuysheet.com, which has 10,000+ products to choose from. Each card adds LitBuy's 19 October 1 kg list price for its cheapest tax-free line to Germany (€24.12) to the item price, so you see a rough landed figure before you open the link. A new selection appears every month.

Why a Yupoo link is not a row yet

Yupoo is a photo-hosting site that sellers use as an online lookbook. An album holds pictures and a title; it has no cart, no stock count and no payment button. That is why Yupoo links fill community sheets and why they cannot be pasted into LitBuy's search box the way Taobao, Weidian or 1688 links can. LitBuy's code mapping has no number for Yupoo. The route into LitBuy is either the marketplace shop that actually sells the item, or Fill & Buy, LitBuy's order-by-hand form.

Sheets built around albums tend to go stale quietly. Sellers rename albums, remove them or move to a new shop, and the picture you saved last month may no longer lead anywhere. For that reason we suggest recording the date you last confirmed the shop item, not just the album link. A row you confirmed this week is worth planning a parcel around; a row you copied from a pinned post is a lead, not a row.

An album is a picture of a product; the order needs a listing with an ID.

Four steps from album to shop

  1. Read the album page for a shop name, a shop link or a contact line; sellers often point to the shop where the item is actually listed, though not all do.
  2. Open the shop on Weidian or Taobao and look for the same product title and pictures.
  3. Copy the shop item's address, take the itemID or id, and build litbuy.com/product/2/<id> or litbuy.com/product/1/<id>; our link converter does this.
  4. If no shop exists, note the album address, price and seller shipping, and go to Fill & Buy.

Keep the album link in its own column of your sheet next to the shop link. The LitBuy spreadsheet template has a source column for exactly this. When a price in the album differs from the shop's, the shop's listing is the one you pay.

Trace the shop first; Fill & Buy is the fallback, not the default.

Two routes priced for a German address

The item price is hypothetical: a ¥198 windbreaker, assumed 0.7 kg, about €23.76 at ¥1 ≈ €0.12. The freight is real. LitBuy's estimator returned €24.12 ($27.10) covering a 1,000 g parcel to Germany by the LIT-Economy-DHL-DE line when read on 19 October 2026, with the flat €3 EU prepayment inside it, and the €2 handling fee applies after 25 October 2026.

On the Fill & Buy route the same item would carry the same freight and fee, plus any extra service fee LitBuy applies to such orders. LitBuy does not publish an amount, so we do not print one. What is certain is the change in terms: no return without a quality or seller problem. The page also states that LitBuy cannot verify quality or authenticity on these orders.

The Weidian route totals €49.88; Fill & Buy adds an unpublished fee and loses the return window.

What Fill & Buy asks you to enter

The form takes the source link, a product name, notes, the price in yuan, the quantity and the seller's domestic shipping. If you do not know the price, you can enter a placeholder and staff confirm the difference. LitBuy handles Xianyu, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Pinduoduo, Dewu, Youzan and Yupoo this way. Because staff place the order by hand, put every detail into the notes: size, colour, and the exact album page. Our ordering guide walks through the form.

Photos still come from the warehouse: three to six routine inspection photos per item, with extra photos at ¥1 each. They show what arrived, not what the album promised, and no-reason returns are not accepted. Decide whether the item is worth that trade before you pay.

Fill & Buy suits one-off items you cannot find elsewhere, if you accept the thinner safety net.

When customs holds a parcel: the neutral rules

Customs authorities can detain goods they suspect of infringing a trademark. In the EU this rests on Regulation 608/2013, and the rights holder can request destruction. LitBuy's own policy prohibits goods that infringe trademarks or copyrights, and its disclaimer says that branded goods may face customs restrictions and that it is not responsible for clearance on such goods. We give no tips on getting anything through; the point is what happens after a hold.

  • Germany: a notice (Benachrichtigung) asks you to present documents or collect at the Zollamt. LitBuy does not publish fees or deadlines for German holds, so follow the notice.
  • France: customs can retain suspected goods for 10 working days when a rights holder has filed a request. If the person holding the goods agrees or does not object, they can be destroyed under customs supervision; if that person objects, the rights holder must go to court. French law provides for fines of one to two times the value of the goods.
  • What LitBuy offers: Customs Seizure Protection pays 15% of the shipping fee if a parcel you insured is seized. Without it, LitBuy's disclaimer puts the customs risk on the buyer.

Keep the order and payment record, reply to any notice in writing before the deadline, tell LitBuy support, and ask a lawyer or customs information service if the notice goes beyond a form letter. Our customs page has the market-by-market detail.

After a hold, deadlines and paperwork matter more than arguments.

Next pages for album-heavy sheets

Many Yupoo trails end at Weidian, so the Weidian page shows what a delisted row looks like and what three rows cost to Germany. If your trail ends on Taobao, see the Taobao page. For a sheet organised around categories instead of sources, start from the marketplace hub. Rather skip the account? The WhatsApp QR on our contact page opens a buying service with one delivered price and pre-dispatch photos, paid order by order.

One practical habit helps with weight as well as with links: write the assumed weight next to each traced row before you add it, and compare the total with the 500 g, 1,000 g and 2,000 g quotes. On 19 October 2026 the German economy line quoted €16.81 ($18.89), €24.12 ($27.10) and €38.75 ($43.53) at those weights, so a parcel that crosses a band costs noticeably more.

Sort an album-heavy sheet by whether you found the shop.

Yupoo questions from LitBuy buyers

Why does a Yupoo link not open as a LitBuy product page?

Yupoo hosts photo albums, and an album is not a listing with a price, stock and a checkout. LitBuy's product pages need a marketplace item ID, and its Fill & Buy page lists Yupoo among the sources it handles by hand. Trace the shop behind the album first; if you find a Weidian or Taobao item, the normal link works.

What does Fill & Buy cost compared with a normal LitBuy order?

LitBuy does not publish a fee figure for Fill & Buy. Its page warns that these orders may carry extra service fees, that returns without a quality or seller problem are not accepted, and that it cannot verify quality or authenticity. In our example the item and freight are identical on both routes, so the unknown extra fee is the only difference we cannot price.

Can customs in Germany detain a parcel from a Yupoo seller?

Customs can detain goods it suspects of infringing a trademark, under EU Regulation 608/2013, and rights holders can ask for their destruction. This applies to any marketplace, not to Yupoo alone. A German notice, the Benachrichtigung, asks you to present documents or collect the parcel at the Zollamt. Keep the order record and read LitBuy's customs page; we cannot predict outcomes.

Should I pay a Yupoo seller directly instead of using LitBuy?

We would not. An album owner is not a marketplace with buyer protection, and LitBuy's order flow is built around paying per order inside its checkout, with photos on arrival. Paying someone off-platform removes those records. If an album offers a payment route outside a shop, treat that as a reason to stop and ask where the Weidian or Taobao item is.

Do Xianyu and Goofish rows work the same way as Yupoo ones?

They share the detour. LitBuy buys Xianyu and Goofish items through Fill & Buy, with the same warnings: extra service fees may apply and no-reason returns are not accepted. Neither has a numeric LitBuy code. Because second-hand listings are one-off, check that the item is still available before you enter the price and the seller's domestic shipping.
