Two things called a TikTok spreadsheet
TikTok is owned by ByteDance, and its shopping feature, TikTok Shop, lets sellers list products inside the app and send them to buyers. That is a retailer route: LitBuy's how-to article says it cannot purchase from cross-border shopping platforms, so a TikTok Shop order stays with the seller, the app and its tracking. Whether the feature is open in your country, we did not verify; look in the app.
The second meaning is much more common among LitBuy buyers. A creator posts a video, then shares a sheet through a caption or bio link, with product rows from Taobao, Weidian or 1688. Those rows are marketplace listings, so they do convert. Our keyword file shows only about 190 global monthly searches for "TikTok spreadsheet", yet creator sheets may reach more people through videos than through search. What sits inside a creator's sheet
A typical creator row has a photo, a name, a price and a link that was built for one particular agent. The link is a wrapper. What matters is the marketplace item ID inside it, because LitBuy opens litbuy.com/product/<code>/<id>, where code 0 is 1688, 1 is Taobao, 2 is Weidian and 3 is JD. When we loaded a Taobao test item through that format on 19 October 2026 the page showed its CNY price, stock, a seller shipment date and an expected warehouse arrival. A Weidian test item loaded the page frame but showed a delisted item, which is how a dead row looks.
LitBuy may add inviteCode to a link. Per its creator programme and referral text, the owner of an invitation code earns a commission on invitees' shipping and purchases, so a sheet's code usually pays whoever made the sheet. That is not a reason to distrust the sheet, only a reason to know who benefits. LitBuy advertises its welcome offer to every new user; on 19 October 2026 the banner showed a 40% shipping coupon. Removing the parameter leaves the link working.
Read the item ID, not the agent wrapper, and note who gains from a code.

The "built for agent" column does real work. Several agents behind well-known creator sheets were Closed on 19 October 2026, and ACBuy and MuleBuy were on Hold. The agent hub lists each status. Our LitBuy spreadsheet template supplies the other columns and the formula that builds the link.
A row built for a closed agent is still a good row once you rebuild the link.

The US and UK lines carry no EU fee, and we do not convert yuan to dollars or pounds, because LitBuy's own rate differs from our planning rate. Converting one creator row, step by step
- Open the row's link and find the marketplace: Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or JD. If it is Yupoo, Xianyu or another source, LitBuy's Fill & Buy form applies instead.
- Copy the item number from the address, the digits after
id=oritemID=. - Paste the link into the link converter or build the address with the code for that platform.
- Open it and read price, stock and ship date; a delisted row can be dropped.
- Enter an assumed weight, then let LitBuy's recorded weight replace it after arrival.

TikTok Shop orders and customs
A TikTok Shop order is a retailer parcel. Germany applies 19% import VAT from the first euro on non-EU parcels, and since 1 July 2026 a temporary flat €3 duty per tariff category applies to small IOSS parcels worth up to €150. We did not read how TikTok Shop sellers collect VAT, so read the order summary and keep the invoice. LitBuy's tax-free EU lines handle VAT and charge a flat €3 per parcel instead. Returns follow the route. We did not read TikTok Shop's rules, so note what each listing promises before you pay. For a converted row the LitBuy rules apply: a return request before shipment starts within 5 days (120 hours) of the item being warehoused, and the buyer pays the shipping legs plus ¥5 unless the seller erred. TikTok questions from LitBuy buyers
Can TikTok Shop products be converted like a creator's rows?
No. TikTok Shop is the in-app store where sellers ship to you, and LitBuy cannot buy from it. A TikTok spreadsheet is usually a creator's link sheet, with rows from Taobao, Weidian or 1688, shared in a video caption or bio. Only that second kind can go into LitBuy, once each link is converted to LitBuy's format.
Why does a creator's sheet link sometimes contain an invite code?
LitBuy's own programme pays the owner of an invitation code a commission on invitees' shipping and purchases, so a code in a sheet link usually belongs to whoever built the sheet. LitBuy says the welcome banner is shown to all new users. Removing the code from the link does not break it, and we never print codes.
Do TikTok sheets still work if they were built for a closed agent?
The rows do, the links do not. Agents such as CNFans, AllChinaBuy and PandaBuy were Closed on 19 October 2026, but each row hides a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 item number. Pull the number out, build a LitBuy link from it, and check the page loads, because delisted items show as unavailable.
What columns should I add to a creator's TikTok sheet?
Add a platform label, item ID, your assumed weight, a LitBuy link and a date checked. Then add the video date and which agent the sheet was built for, since old sheets often point to closed agents.
